Reservation Policy

**Important Notice **

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for multi-service appointments and groups of three or more people. If your appointment includes several services or you have made a group reservation for more than two people, we will charge you 30% of the expected fee if you do not keep the appointment or if you cancel it within 24 hours.
